Creating Alignment

 

In just 6 weeks, I lead and executed on designs that successfully aligned 20+ stakeholders from C-suite, engineering, product, brand, analytics, and marketing teams to merge two products with different audiences. The project included creating workshops, designing user-centered IA and UX, quantitative and qualitative UX testing, rapid UI design and prototyping in Figma, creating content, and overseeing brand copywriting.
